Whether it's clients coming in for anti-ageing treatments to create youthfulness whilst maintaining natural expression, or clients who wish to accentuate certain features for example cheeks, lips or jaw line, each treatment follows the same high standard holistic approach.
Susan is professional and a perfectionist but what I value the most is her caring manner and ability to always make me feel completely at ease, her background in nursing really shines through. Sue is very honest and will only ever advise treatments that she believes will enhance my natural features and she’s confident we’ll see great results with. One of the main reasons I choose Susan is because its the least intimidating environment for me. the girls here are lovely and walking in here feels like homeland I trust Susan implicitly, I think partly because she just is so lovely and so warm but also because of her background a s a nurse. I feel very safe around Susan and know that nothing is to much trouble. I have referred many friends and family to Susan and they're all very happy with their treatment. Susan is not a sales person, she will do whats right for her clients. I do feel very happy with the service I receive.
I didn't know what to expect the first time I went to visit Susan. The experience she provides is exceptional. You are made to feel very special and she made it really easy to talk to her about what I wanted to achieve. I loved how she explained what she was doing and the ongoing aftercare was brilliant.
